Banana Cream Crumble Dessert Recipe



For the crumble:
1/4 c flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp water 
2 tbs butter

For the fruit:
1 cup sliced bananas
1 tbs brown sugar

Also:
Evaporated milk OR heavy cream OR frozen whipped cream

Preheat oven to 200 degrees c or 400 degrees f.

Combine ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and mash them together with your hands till achieving a crumbley texture. Set aside.

In an oven-safe bowl, toss together the bananas and the brown sugar. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit to cover. Bake the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the topping begins to brown.

Hot from the oven, top with frozen whipped cream, or if using evaporated milk or cream pour 3 to 6 tablespoons of the liquid over the hot crumble.
