Breakfast Tortilla Wrap with Super Chunk

2 eggs
1 tbs water
1 tsp Sauce Goddess Super Chunk
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 small or 2 large pieces of ham
tortilla
butter or oil for frying

Beat together eggs, water, and Super Chunk spice. Grease a frying pan with butter or oil and put it over high heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble. Remove from heat and set aside.

Take the tortilla and briefly warm it over the flame on the stove (just toss it right on the burner for a moment.) -- The goal is to make it soft, not toasted. Spread the tortilla with the mayonnaise and mustard, then lay down the slices of ham. Finish by pouring in the scrambled eggs, and wrap up the tortilla.
