Omelette with Volcanic Sauce Recipe for One Serving
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbs water
1 thick or 2 thin slices of ham
1 tbs (heaping) sliced onions
2 tbs butter
Heat up the butter in a skillet. Slice the ham, mushrooms and onions. Fry the vegetables in the butter. In the meanwhile, beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper together.
When the mushrooms and onions are soft, add the ham, and afterward the eggs. Let fry together in the usual manner for an omelette.
When the omelette is done, top with Volcanic Sauce, and serve.
