I eat lots of peanut butter sandwiches here, and I was thrilled to find this webpage of peanut butter sandwich variations! A peanut butter and pineapple cheese sandwich, a "Southern Comfort" style (actually a variation on the Elvis sandwich), and a Thai-style recipe are included!

I'm looking longingly at that Sun Up sandwich with apple butter, wildflower honey, granola, bananas, and peanut butter on cinnamon bread. Or the Good Morning sandwich of peanut butter on French toast with blueberry jam, bacon, maple syrup...
