1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon shortening
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon water
Combine dry ingredients and cut in the shortening till mixture resembles cornmeal. Add water and mix till dough comes together. Cover dough and let rest 15 minutes. Roll into rounds on floured surface and flatten. Cook in an ungreased skillet on high heat.
