These bananas are not too sweet and make a good side dish. I brought these to a barbecue and they went over well.
The recipe per banana:
dash lemon juice
3/4 tsp brown sugar
Rub the banana with the lemon juice, and sprinkle both sides with the brown sugar. Lay it in tin foil and wrap it up. Grill till heated through -- banana should be softened but not mushy.
