Speedy Fast Rising Pizza Dough for One Serving

Perfect for a personal pan-pizza.

100 g flour (about 3/4 cup)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 c warm water
1/2 tbs olive oil

Combine all ingredients into a soft dough, and spread into a greased 6-inch pie pan or casserole. Use floured hands to pat dough into shape.

You do not need to let this dough rise -- simply add your toppings and bake for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
