Ginger Salmon for One


Prepare a recipe of Ginger Sauce. In a small pan, place the sauce along with a fresh or frozen salmon steak. Cover, and cook over medium-low heat till salmon is done (this will be when it flakes easily with a fork.) Serve with the sauce.

Of course, you may also use any other fish fillet you desire, not just salmon.
