Chocolate Chip Cookie Mug - Single Serving Dessert Cookie

Need something to use up the leftover yolk after making Banana Sponge? Try this Chocolate Chip Cookie Cup!

1 tbs butter
1 scant tbs white sugar
1 scant tbs brown sugar
dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
3 tbs flour
1 to 2 tbs chocolate chips

In a mug, microwave the butter till liquid. Add the sugars and salt, and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Add the vanilla and egg yolk, and also mix thoroughly. Add the flour and combine well -- if the mixture is still too dry and crumbly, add 1 tsp water at a time till it comes together, but don't let it become runny. Finally add the chocolate chips and stir to combine and distribute the chips evenly.

Microwave the mug for 40 to 60 seconds to cook the dough into your mug-cookie.
