Ginger Chicken Fried Rice - Single Serving Recipe

You need:

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen carrots, sliced
  • 1/3 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Sauce
  • oil or butter for frying

In a greased frying pan, start by heating the carrots until warmed.
Add the chicken and let cook through, stirring occasionally.
Add the rice and stir the ingredients thoroughly.
Add the sauce and stir together well. When everything is cooked and combined to your liking, serve.
