Potato Crunch Topping

Yo dawg, I heard you like potatoes, so I put some potatoes on your potato so you can chew while you chew.

Beyond potatoes, this topping can be used to add salty flavor and crunch to other savory dishes. Depending what you use it on, this mixture will probably make enough for more than one meal.

1/4 cup crushed potato chips
3/4 tsp bacon bits
3/4 tsp dried chives
1/8 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder

Stir together.

To make the potato, bake a potato in the usual way and top with sour cream. Sprinkle it with the topping.
