Artisan Egg Salad Wrap - 1 Serving Recipe

A variation on the Hot Egg Salad Wrap, made a bit more flavorful and fancy.

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • dash black pepper
  • dash onion powder
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 2 slices of Rosemary Ham OR any good quality ham

Combine the mayonnaise, eggs, mustard, and spices to make egg salad.
Put the egg mixture into a strip in the center of the tortilla.
Lay the ham on top, and fold over the tortilla to make a wrap.
