1/2 cup chopped, cooked broccoli
1 tbs Volcanic Sauce
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 flour tortilla (8 to 10 inch)
cooking oil for greasing
Heat up a griddle or skillet with grease while you spread the Volcanic Sauce over half the tortilla.
Add the broccoli over the same half, then top the same half with cheese.
Fold the tortilla over and place it on the griddle. Let it cook till brown on one side.
Flip the tortilla and let it cook on the other side.
Cut the tortilla into wedges and check that the cheese is melted. If necessary, let it cook till you see melted cheese to your satisfaction. Serve hot.
