Egg and Avocado Bowl - 1 serving recipe

1/2 avocado, sliced
1 jumbo egg, fried
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
dash garlic salt

Combine rice with balsamic vinegar and garlic salt. Stir together well to coat the rice completely.

In a bowl, make a bed of the rice and top with the egg and avocado.
