Scrambled Egg Sandwich Recipe - 1 Serving

You need:

2 slices sandwich bread (whole grain pictured)
2 eggs
1 tbs water
2 dashes Sauce Goddess Super Chunk
1 dash tarragon
pinch salt
1/2 to 1 tbs honey mustard

  • Begin by putting the bread in the toaster. As it cooks, heat up a frying pan and crack two eggs into a bowl.
  • Beat the eggs with the water, Super Chunk, tarragon and salt. Pour into the hot pan.
  • Stir the eggs while cooking over a medium-high heat till fluffy but still wet. Remove pan from heat. The eggs will continue to cook in the pan.
  • Take your toasted bread and spread honey mustard on one side. Top this piece of bread with the eggs, and then close the sandwich with the top piece of bread.
