Tabasco Mayonnaise Sandwich (for lack of a better name)

A favorite easy sandwich of mine. Can be made with deli meat or pieces of the real stuff. Versatile sandwich, too -- it was originally created as a tortilla wrap, but works well on a demi-baguette also.

Turkey or ham -- however much you want

Mayonnaise

Tabasco sauce

Lettuce or fresh spinach (optional)

Tortilla or demi-baguette

Prepare your tortilla or demi-baguette by slightly warming it -- it should be soft and warm but not toasted. Open it up and spread the mayonnaise on it, then sprinkle it with Tabasco sauce. Lay down your meat and lettuce, then close the sandwich.
