Herby Egg Salad Recipe for One

Herby Egg Salad

2 hard boiled eggs, diced 

1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning 

1/4 tsp onion powder 

1 tbs chopped chives 

2 tbs mayonnaise 

dash pepper

Combine all ingredients. Serve in a sandwich, over salad greens, on a potato, or anywhere else a salad mayonnaise can be used.
