Scrambled Eggs Recipe
2 eggs
2 tbs water
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 or 3 dashes of pepper
butter (for greasing pan)
Beat all ingredients but the butter thoroughly together. Melt the butter in a saucepan and coat the surface, then add the egg mixture.
The trick to making good scrambled eggs is to cook them over low heat whilst stirring constantly. They should be removed just before they appear to be as fully cooked as you like, since eggs will continue to cook for a few moments after being removed from the heat.
