(Or two servings... depends on your appetite, and sweet tooth.)
This little jar parfait was made inside a cleaned out 454 gram (16 ounce) jam-jar.
Measurements were inexact but basically made from:
- A full recipe of Vanilla Pudding
- 2 shortbread cookies, crumbled
- about 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
These were layered into the jar... and then a butter knife streaked through a few times to create the marble effect. The jar was then left, sealed, overnight in the fridge.
