1/4 c mild cheddar, shredded
1/2 6 oz (185 gram) can brined tuna, drained
1 tbs chopped chives
2 tsp salsa
In a bowl, mix the tuna, salsa and chives.
Lay out the tortilla, and sprinkle 1/2 of the surface with half of the shredded cheese. Then, on top of the cheese, spoon the tuna mixture. Top with the remaining cheese, and fold over the tortilla.
On a grill or in a large skillet, grill the tortilla over high heat, turning occasionally, till cheese is melted. Serve hot.
